The perfect combination of sweet and tart, pineapples are in season right now. I like to:
- Dice and put atop cottage cheese or sorbet.
- Blend it into a smoothie.
- Mix it with Greek yogurt.
- Grill slices and pair it with grilled fish and veggie kebabs.
- Freeze pureed pineapple into cubes for a satisfying warm-weather treat.
- Add it to a sassy fruit salad.
- Use it in a home-made body scrub.
