The perfect combination of sweet and tart, pineapples are in season right now. I like to:

  • Dice and put atop cottage cheese or sorbet.
  • Blend it into a smoothie.
  • Mix it with Greek yogurt.
  • Grill slices and pair it with grilled fish and veggie kebabs.
  • Freeze pureed pineapple into cubes for a satisfying warm-weather treat.
  • Add it to a sassy fruit salad.
  • Use it in a home-made body scrub.
